RETURN POLICY
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not offer returns, exchanges or cancellations. All sales are final.
What if my art arrives damaged due to transit?
If you notice any serious damage to the artwork upon unpacking, please contact us at tamarasfineartstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the artwork. We will need digital images of the damage.
If we find that an Original was damaged during transit, we will require that you return the damaged artwork and Certificate of Authenticity to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged piece, we will issue a refund.
SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping is included on certain purchases if noted on the product page. If not so noted, shipping will be calculated during checkout on each order according to weight and destination. Domestic shipping only.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship throughout the United States only.
When will my order ship?
All of our products are hand packaged here at Tamara’s Fine Art Studio. Please allow 3-5 business days for your product to be packaged and shipped from the studio.

Do your paintings come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, each original painting includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
Do you offer limited editions prints of your originals?
No. We offer original works of art only.
